Please have your ID ready when picking up your name badge. Name tags must be worn to all conference sessions and receptions.</p> <br> <p><strong>Where do I go if I still need to register?</strong></p> <p>NICAR23 registration is located in Grand Ballroom 1 located on the lobby level. We will have on-site registration available. Payment methods accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please check to be sure your IRE membership is current as this will speed up the registration process. </p> <br> <p><strong>Is there somewhere I can check my bags for the day?</strong></p> <p>Hotel guests of the Renaissance Nashville Hotel can check luggage at the bell stand in the hotel lobby. IRE conference staff are not able to store bags for attendees.</p> <br> <p><strong>Is there a lost and found?</strong></p> <p>Yes. Check with IRE registration staff located in Grand Ballroom 1 on the lobby level, the message board or hotel security.</p> <br> <p><strong>I'm looking for a job, are current postings listed anywhere?</strong></p> <p>The job board will be located on the lobby level in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. All job postings should be single-sided on 8.5"x11" letter sized paper. When you have your posting ready, please drop it off at the NICAR sales desk located in Grand Ballroom 1 to be approved and posted. </p> <br> <p><strong>Can I get a list of conference attendees?</strong></p> <p>We don't release that information, but if you're looking for someone in particular, find an IRE staff person.</p> <br> <p><strong>Is there somewhere I can print a document?</strong></p> <p>Limited printing is available in the Cyber Cafe which is located just outside Grand Ballroom 1 on the lobby level. A FedEx Office is available on-site for larger print jobs.</p> <br> <p><strong>Will there be food and drink at the first timers reception?</strong></p> <p>Each attendee will receive one drink ticket for beer, wine, bottled water or soda. Additional drinks can be purchased at a cash bar.
